We can assist individuals and families who are enrolling In the Health Insurance Marketplace. If you did notenroll in a 2020 health insurance plan by December 15, 2019 you can't enroll in a Marketplace health insurance plan for 2020 unless you qualify for a Special Enrollment Period (SEP). We can walk you through the process over the telephone, in-office or via the mail. The Affordable Care Act (ACA) MARKETPLACE Annual Open Enrollment is from November 1 - December 15 for January 1, 2020 effective date. Remember, if you went uninsured in 2018, you risk paying a penalty of $695/adult or more.
